The duty of supervision for our Guests children lies solely with the parents while being on the property of the Villa Steinbeis & Guesthouse during their holiday rental stay.
Guests staying in our Guesthouse “Sport’INN” using the private gym is at their own risk and liability of InterAlpen Immobilien UG is excluded, as far as legally permissible.
Smoking in the Villa Steinbeis & Guesthouse is not permitted. Smoking in our non-smoking holiday rental Suites or Guesthouses will result in charges to the occupying Guest for cleaning or replacement of bedding, curtains, and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.
Even if we are big animal lovers, pets are unfortunately not allowed, as our holiday rental Suites and Guesthouses are brand new and designed to be absolutely allergy-friendly (free of harmful substances).
